Shipping Options
All orders ship from Winnipeg, Canada.
Canada: Orders are shipped with Canada Post, Purolator and UPS.
United States: Orders are shipped with Chit Chats and then handed off to USPS. This method ensures that NO additional duties or fees are owed at the time of delivery.
Express Shipping is available with UPS and can be selected at checkout. Please note that with UPS additional brokerage fees and other charges may be owed upon delivery.
International: Orders are shipped with Canada Post Small Packet Air. Delivery can take up to 2-3 weeks.
Customs & Duties
Buyers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, and customs fees. Luna + Stone is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
Please note that we’re unable to issue refunds or accept returns on orders that are refused because of taxes or duties owing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Report any issues within 5 business days so we can assist promptly.

Packaging & Gift Options
All orders are delivered in our signature gold-embossed keepsake box — perfect for gifting.
If you’d like individual gift wrapping or a handwritten message included, please contact us in advance. Additional fees may apply.
We recommend all of our accessories be stored in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to high humidity areas.
We recommend our hair accessories be placed in your hair after any product has been applied by your stylist. Hair product applied directly to our pieces may cause tarnishing.
Due to the delicate nature of our hairpieces and sashes, we recommend storing them in the keepsake box they arrive in. Our chain link sashes, headpieces and bracelets are best stored coiled in the manner they are shipped, not bent as this puts strain on the links.
Our rhinestone crystals are set in single prong settings. Please be careful when pairing these pieces with lace, tulle and other embroidered fabrics as the prongs may snag.
