RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns.

Non customized purchases (hairpieces and jewelry) may be exchanged if your unworn item is returned by mail within 7 days of receipt and in the original packaging. Exchanges can be applied to a new purchase of equal or greater value. 

Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please email us should you wish to exchange your purchase at hello@lunaandstone.com with your order number.

In the event of a sale, no price adjustments will be issued for previous purchases.

Sale items and sashes/belts are a final sale and not eligible for an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Report any issues within 5 business days so we can assist promptly.

Our sashes are delicate in nature and we ask that you handle them with care and store them in the keepsake box provided. We do not offer replacements for damage that may result from normal wear and tear or excessive handling.
