Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns. Non customized purchases may be exchanged if your unworn item is returned by mail within 7 days of receipt and in the original packaging.

Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please email us should you wish to exchange your purchase at with your order number.

In the event of a sale, no price adjustments will be issued for previous purchases.

 Final Sales:

  • All custom orders (sashes where the beading length is selected) and sale items are a final sale. 


We carefully inspect each item before it is sent out. If you receive an item that is defective or broken please email us within 5 days of receiving your order and a replacement will be issued. 

Our sashes are delicate in nature and we ask that you handle them with care and store them in the keepsake box provided. We do not offer replacements for damage that may result from normal wear and tear or excessive handling.
