ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All of our accessories are customized and handmade to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks from your purchase date for orders to ship. If you need your order shipped sooner, please contact us for a RUSH ORDER option prior to ordering.
All orders are shipped from our studio in Winnipeg, Canada.
SHIPPING TO THE US:
Standard Shipping to the 48 contiguous includes tracking and takes approximately 7 business days from the date of shipment via UPS. Standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico includes tracking and is sent via Canada Post/USPS.
SHIPPING TO CANADA:
Shipping to Canada is via Regular Parcel, takes approximately 5 business days and includes delivery confirmation and tracking.
The default shipping method for international orders is Canada Post Small Packet International Air. This method can often take 3-5 weeks, sometimes longer. If you would like to purchase an express upgrade with tracking, please contact us prior to ordering to make these arrangements.
Duty and taxes upon entry into the destination country are at the responsibility of the buyer and may require payment upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Luna + Stone shall not be held liable for any damages incurred through shipping/delivery. Should your item arrive damaged, please e-mail us within 5 business days of receiving your order and we will do our best to accommodate. Luna + Stone is not responsible for incorrect or missing address information submitted at checkout. Undeliverable orders may be reshipped at the expense of the buyer.
Due to the degree of customization and handmade nature of all of our pieces, each order is considered a final sale. To ensure you are ordering the perfect piece, please don't hesitate to contact us prior to ordering with any questions you may have.
We do not accept order cancellations. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
