Shipping Options

All orders ship from Winnipeg, Canada.

Canada: During the Canada Post strike all orders will ship with UPS or Purolator at no extra cost. Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes during the strike.

United States: Orders are shipped with Chit Chats and then handed off to USPS. This method ensures that NO additional duties or fees are owed at the time of delivery.

Express Shipping is available with UPS and can be selected at checkout. Please note that with UPS additional duties and fees may be owed upon delivery.

International: Orders are shipping as usual and are being sent with Chit Chats.

Customs & Duties

Buyers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, and customs fees. Luna + Stone is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Please note that we’re unable to issue refunds or accept returns on orders that are refused because of taxes or duties owing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Report any issues within 5 business days so we can assist promptly.

Reshipping due to address errors may be charged to the buyer — please confirm your delivery information at checkout.

All orders are delivered in our signature gold-embossed keepsake box — perfect for gifting.
