Shipping Options

All orders ship from Winnipeg, Canada.

Canada: Orders are shipped with Canada Post, Purolator and UPS.

United States: Orders are shipped with Chit Chats and then handed off to USPS. This method ensures that NO additional duties or fees are owed at the time of delivery.

Express Shipping is available with UPS and can be selected at checkout. Please note that with UPS additional brokerage fees and other charges may be owed upon delivery.

International: Orders are shipped with Canada Post Small Packet Air. Delivery can take up to 2-3 weeks.

Customs & Duties

Buyers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, and customs fees. Luna + Stone is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Please note that we’re unable to issue refunds or accept returns on orders that are refused because of taxes or duties owing.
