Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from our studio in Winnipeg, Canada. 

SHIPPING TO THE US:

All shipments are sent via USPS Tracked Packet. Shipments include a tracking number and take approximately 5-7 business days to arrive. If you need your order sooner, please contact us at hello@lunaandstone.com prior to placing your order.

SHIPPING TO CANADA:

Standard shipping to Canada is via Regular Parcel, takes approximately 5 business days and includes delivery confirmation and tracking. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

The default shipping method for international orders is Canada Post Small Packet International Air. This method can often take 3-5 weeks, sometimes longer. Please select a country-specific shipping upgrade at checkout should you wish to have your parcel shipped express with tracking.

Duty and taxes upon entry into the destination country are at the responsibility of the buyer and may require payment upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Luna + Stone shall not be held liable for any damages incurred through shipping/delivery.  Should your item arrive damaged, please e-mail us within 5 business days of receiving your order and we will do our best to accommodate.  Luna + Stone is not responsible for incorrect or missing address information submitted at checkout. Undeliverable orders may be reshipped at the expense of the buyer.
