Refund policy

Exchanges only. Because each piece is handmade, we do not offer refunds.

What can be exchanged: everything (jewelry, earrings and hair accessories), including pieces bought with the Bridal Event discount.

Final sale (not eligible for exchange):

• Sale items
• Sashes and belts

14-day window: exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. To start an exchange, email hello@lunaandstone.com with your order number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If your order shipped free: free shipping was our treat on your original order, so $15 is taken off your gift card to cover that original shipping. The rest of your gift card is yours to use whenever you like.

Gift card: every exchange is issued as a gift card for the value of the returned piece. Gift cards never expire.

No price adjustments are given on previous purchases if an item later goes on sale.

Damaged or incorrect orders: please email us within 5 business days of receiving your order and we will make it right.
